Wind Symphony Success at Eisteddfod

We couldn't be prouder of our College Wind Symphony, who set a wonderful standard of excellence with their recent triumph at the Gold Coast eisteddfod.

Their performance, which earned them the prestigious Platinum Award and 1st Place in the A Grade Secondary School Concert Band/Wind Orchestra section, was nothing short of spectacular.

The adjudicators were particularly impressed by the ensemble's outstanding rhythmic precision, which is a testament to their dedication and hard work. The full band's tonal quality was praised for its richness and warmth, creating an immersive auditory experience for all who were fortunate enough to listen.

Moreover, the technical skills displayed by each member of the band were highlighted as a remarkable achievement, showcasing a level of musicianship that is truly exceptional. This accolade is a reflection of the symphony's commitment to musical excellence and a celebration of their collective talent.

Congratulations to the College Wind Symphony and their director, Ms Reynolds, on this well-deserved recognition!
