A big congratulations to the Senior Saxophone Ensemble for being awarded 1st place in the Secondary School Instrumental Ensembles category (Grades 7 - 12), at the Gold Coast Eisteddfod on Thursday 8 August. 

The ensemble, consisting of students, Sunny Liu, Joshua Thacker, James Wang, Derek Luo and Kenta Yamaguchi, beat out some tough competition from nine other fabulous ensembles for the second year in a row. 

Our students were also awarded the Gold ribbon for their efforts on the day. 

Congratulations also goes to our Senior Rock Band who competed on Thursday night and were also awarded a Gold Award in their incredibly diverse section!
