On Tuesday 23 May, two teams competed in the Year 9/10 Readers Cup and one team in the Year 5/6 Readers Cup at Hillcrest Christian College. 

The Readers Cup is organised by the Queensland Branch of the Children's Book Council of Australia and brings students and books together. School teams from across the region read pre-selected books and competed against each other over five rounds, with questions based on the books. 

Our teams did very well, with one of our Year 9/10 teams receiving 3rd place overall. 

Our Year 7/8 teams will complete on Tuesday 6 June. Best of luck and congratulations to all involved!
