Welcome to Ms Stephanie Andronikos as our new Head of Secondary School

As Head of Secondary School, Stephanie Andronikos leads the strategic and operational direction of A.B. Paterson College’s Secondary School, fostering a dynamic and inclusive learning environment that empowers students to excel. 

Stephanie joined the College in 2025, bringing a wealth of international and local experience. She served as Head of Secondary School at schools in Europe and the Middle East, where she has been instrumental in the strategic planning, establishment and growth of the schools. Her leadership journey spans a variety of roles that extend beyond traditional responsibilities, highlighting her ability to shape organisational culture, academic excellence, and community engagement.

She has completed a Master of Education, with an Educational Leadership specialisation and with a passion for innovation and a commitment to achieving educational distinction, Stephanie is a motivational leader who inspires both students and staff. Her forward-thinking approach and extensive expertise will be invaluable as A.B. Paterson College continues to build on its reputation for excellence.
