Outside School Hours Care
Outside School Hours Care is a place for children to come and play, relax and extend their skills in a safe and stimulating environment. Our programs are inspired by the children’s needs, interests and feedback we receive from parents. Our educators ensure the children are provided with structured and non-structured activities that range from arts/crafts, physical play, cooking, music and movement, dramatic play, reading and writing, STEM learning, construction, imaginative play and multicultural activities.
Our spacious classrooms are also fitted with homework stations to allow the children to utilise their time in After School Care to extend their study time if required.
The educators at A.B. Paterson College Outside School Hours Care endeavour to support and extend the children’s talents, individuality and interests. The importance of play encourages our programs as it is demonstrated that play allows children to use their creativity while developing their imagination, dexterity, and physical, cognitive and emotional strength.
Throughout the afternoons the children are provided with healthy and nutritious afternoon teas chosen from our menu inspired by the children. Fresh fruit platters, cheese and crackers, yoghurt, popcorn and freshly made sandwiches are always a huge hit!
During the holiday periods we offer exciting Vacation Care Programs where we include incursions with visiting performers, workshops, inflatables, rock climbing, animal shows, swimming and many more fun experiences for your children to join in on.
