Creative Generation Awards in Visual Arts Exhibition

Each year, Queensland's finest Year 11 and 12 Visual Art students enter the Creative Generation Awards for Art Excellence, to vy for the highest student honour - to be selected for the GOMA Showcase Exhibition.

This year, our College hosted the South-East Regional Exhibition, and was represented by four students - Emily Bell and Sofie Cripps from Year 11 and Simone Everingham and Parsha Mia from Year 12.

Congratulations to Year 12 student, Simone Everingham - awarded a Commendation - and to all our short-listed art students - Emily Bell, Sofie Cripps and Parsha Mia.

A huge thank you to our fabulous guest speaker, internationally renowned photorealist, Michael Zavros Artist (pictured above).
